Tarahumaras Addition

Efrain, the owner, hired us to design an addition to his restaurant.  His business has been very successful and they were growing rapidly.  He needed more space to be more efficient with what they do.  We were able to capture what he had in mind in a yellow stucco and stone addition.  We work diligently with the City of Norman to make sure we met all of the local building codes.  The construction phase went smooth as there were little to no problems with the design.

Commercial Projects

Sunshine Cleaners
Measured Drawings

Every good remodel job starts with a set of well-measured drawings.  A collaboration project with Gardner Architects, we were hired to create the measured drawings for this 17,000 s.f. historic building.  The scope of work included creating the floor plans, exterior elevations, and structural plan.  All measurements were taken using laser tape measures and measuring tapes.

Quality Inn Hotel
Re-veneer and Re-roof

The Quality Inn management team approached us about helping them get their proposal approved by the The City of Oklahoma City Department of Airports.  Their guest lobby building and sleeping quarters had been experiencing roof leaks and moisture penetration through the exterior walls.  Through a collaborative effort, we were able to work with the City of Oklahoma City and develop 2D renderings, construction drawings, and specifications that appeased all parties involved.

First Baptist Church of Apache

FBC of Apache was referred to us by an architecture firm we have done collaboration projects with.  They wanted to build a multipurpose building for their church.  Their team decided wanted to go away from traditional construction and try a metal building.  We were able to capture their ideas and convert it into a 7,000 s.f. design that would allow them to have different type of venues when needed.
